    • Stroke Analysis

    • Pool facilities
      • Edgewater Athletic Club
      • Lincoln Square Athletic Club (*will be required to pay gym directly)
  • SWIM LESSONS - OPEN WATER
    • 1-hour minimum
    • Facilitated at Foster Beach 
    • Weather Permitting
  • BMC PERFORMANCE MASTERS SWIM WORKOUT GROUP
    • Workout group swims twice per week (beginning February 2024) from 6:30am-7:30am, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Edgewater Athletic Club
